Summary

  • record the successful plugin-ipc and Netdata merge commits
  • record final downstream checks and post-merge C, Rust, and Go vendor equality
  • complete and move SOW 30 to the done lifecycle directory
  • preserve SOW 31 and SOW 32 as the two separate pending follow-ups

Validation

  • project SOW audit passes
  • sensitive-data scan passes
  • git diff check passes
  • reviewed PR head and merged source tree are identical
  • merged Netdata master has zero normalized C, Rust, or Go vendor differences

Context

PR #11 was merged while SOW 30 still recorded the final merge gates as pending. This follow-up keeps the committed SOW lifecycle consistent with the completed work.

Summary by cubic

Marks SOW-0030 (SHM backing-store reservation) as complete and moves it to the lifecycle done/ folder. Records final evidence: source and downstream Netdata merges, clean CI/scanners, and zero normalized C/Rust/Go vendor drift; SOW-0031 and SOW-0032 remain as follow-ups.

Written for commit 63aa57f. Summary will update on new commits.
