Summary

Injects the harness and SDLC framing into the docs landing page (building on the recent SDD-positioning reframe in #3565), while keeping Spec-Driven Development front and center.

  • Hero — Spec Kit is now described as an extensible, intent-driven harness that pushes any coding agent beyond code, guiding it across your SDLC or any business process. The tagline contrasts the two run modes (step by step or as an automated workflow) rather than listing mismatched peers.
  • "Make it your own" pillar — adds a short causal statement (the process lives in swappable building blocks, so you're never locked to SDD, or even to software) and a real non-software example, Fiction Book Writing, to substantiate the broadened scope. Also generalizes "entirely different SDD processes" → "entirely different processes."
  • Community blurb — drops "development" so "entirely new processes" stays consistent with the wider positioning.

Why

The framing evolved to position Spec Kit as more than a spec-writing tool. This weaves in the harness/SDLC vocabulary and makes the page deliver on the "any process, not even software" claim with a concrete example from the preset catalog (Fiction Book Writing, Screenwriting, and Game Narrative Writing are all non-software presets).

Notes

Docs-only change; no code, scripts, or tests affected.

Reframe the docs landing hero and "Make it your own" pillar to inject
the "harness" and "SDLC" framing while keeping SDD front and center:

- Hero: describe Spec Kit as an extensible, intent-driven harness that
pushes any coding agent beyond code, across the SDLC or any business
process; tagline now contrasts step-by-step vs automated-workflow runs.
- "Make it your own": explain the process lives in swappable building
blocks (not locked to SDD or even software) and add a real non-software
preset (Fiction Book Writing) to back the broadened scope.
- Community blurb: drop "development" so "entirely new processes" matches
  the wider positioning.
