fix(platformSelector): Address TypeError from replaceAll in old WebViews

This PR fixes a TypeError: e.replaceAll is not a function occurring for users on older Chromium WebViews (e.g., Chrome Mobile WebView 83, Chrome 80).

The root cause was the use of String.prototype.replaceAll in the humanizeTitle function (src/components/platformSelector/index.tsx), which is not supported in Chrome versions prior to 85.

The solution replaces title.replaceAll('.', ' ').replaceAll(/ +/g, ' ').trim() with title.replace(/\./g, ' ').replace(/ +/g, ' ').trim(). This change uses String.prototype.replace with global regular expressions, which provides identical functionality but is widely supported across older browsers, resolving the TypeError.
