Discussion Topic

We have become dependent on this project as the basis for our MCP server support in various projects within our company.
In particular, we use HttpServletStatelessServerTransport. We've proposed/suggested several improvements to get more spec-compliant features but haven't received much feedback. Of course, we understand that the project team is likely fully committed and can't possibly respond to the copious issues and PRs posted.

Instead, it would be very beneficial to have a Roadmap doc of some kind so that we can better plan for upcoming features, etc. without investing in workarounds or needless PRs that add a burden to the MCP team.

At least there are now GitHub Milestones, but they still lack structure because no specific goals or deadlines have been defined.
Milestone for 2.0.1 is already "fulfilled", but not yet released.
